You can participate, make a difference and be part of OC by doing the following:

1. Download the form to join OC HERE , fill it out, sign it and return it electronically to Plataforma by email or give it to the Plataforma representative at Marina de La Paz; Or you can complete the form on line HERE.


2. Download the fishing regulations for both Sports fishing and commercial fishing HERE or pick one up at Marina de La Paz.


3. Download or pick up several of the “reporting forms” and be sure you write down the numbers to call. Anyone can make a report of illegal fishing activities at any time. 4. When you fill out the form, be sure you checked the box for tee shirt size and a mailing address in the States. One will be sent to that address. If you are in the La Paz area, you can fill out the forms, turn them into the office at Marina de La Paz and you will be given a Plataforma tee shirt to wear proudly as a member in good standing of Observatorio Ciudadano
